Pastor Rick is the Lead Pastor of Living Water Community Church, a multicultural fellowship in Ft. Lauderdale Florida. He is a graduate of Palm Beach Atlantic University with a Bachelor of Arts in Ministry. Pastor Rick was ordained into the Gospel Ministry on November 9th, 1997 and He, his wife and family have been in full-time ministry in South Florida since then. Under his innovative leadership, there has been dramatic growth in the ministries of Living Water and in the lives of those who place their trust in Christ. His ministry has been described as authentic, genuine, practical and intensely passionate. Pastor Rick’s relevant style of communication serves to enable listeners to come into an ever-growing personal relationship with God. Pastor Rick and his wife Deborah have been married since 1988 and have four beautiful children, Amanda, Ricky, Caleb, and Brittany.

Hi, My name is Janine Gonzalez. I thank God for the opportunity of allowing me to work and join this team. This has been a life changing job. I get to work with so many amazing and talented kids. I look forward to making a difference in everyone’s lives and I’m here to support them when they need it. 

Hello! My name is Jalanie Belle. It is my personal pleasure to answer God’s call to share my knowledge as a teacher with you and the LWCA community. With 10 years of experience I look forward to this new chapter mapped by God as I join the team this school year. It is my strong belief that children have major potential to do great things and given the correct opportunity, they can change the world we live in. As teachers it is our job to help foster that potential. Above all, as a child of the most high God, I strongly support the mission here at LWCA as the team aims to highlight God’s power and wisdom in the classroom.

I have always had a heart for kids, so having the opportunity to work at a Christian school and assist in creating a nurturing, faith-filled environment for them in this day and age is not something I will take for granted.
